You will learn all relevant information about the evolutionary development and the resulting three-dimensional biomechanics of the foot. Building on this knowledge, you will be taught the full potential of the BlackBoard. In the practical part, progressively structured training and indication-specific therapy steps are explained in detail, so that in the end you have both the theoretical and practical tools to help your clients and patients in the best possible way.

Building on the Level 1 Course, the second part of ProCoach deals with ascending and descending cause-and-effect chains. What influence does the foot have on the knee joint, hip, and trunk, and what possibilities does the BlackBoard offer to work on and optimize these connections through complex movement patterns.
