Course content:
Building on the Level 1 course, the second part of the ProCoach deals with the ascending and descending cause-effect chains. What influence does the foot have on the knee joint, hip and torso and what options does the BlackBoard offer to work on and optimize these connections through complex movement patterns.
Theoretical part:
- Anatomy & biomechanics of the knee/hip/pelvis
- Understanding and interpreting chain reactions from bottom to top and top to bottom
- Progressing to the next level of the MAP system
Practical part:
- Repetition and deepening of the basic exercises with a focus on the foot-leg-pelvis complex
- Learning and experiencing exercises with a focus on more complex movement patterns of the entire lower extremities
- Main focus on activation/strengthening and whole body coordination
