If you have stiff, inflexible feet that are difficult to move, participate in this workshop to improve your foot mobility and restore normal function. The BlackBoard Rigid Foot Workshop consists of 23 lessons, divided into the following chapters:
- Introduction and Analysis
- Mobilization Exercises (Plain Foot)
- Strength Exercises
- Stability Exercises
In this interactive course, you will begin by learning how to independently assess your foot type. You will then learn targeted exercises to mobilize your feet in individual areas and thus bring them back to life. To ensure long-term stability, the chapters on strength and stability exercises follow. Here, you will learn in detail the most effective exercises using the BlackBoard. Give your feet the flexibility they need, improve performance, and reduce the risk of injury.
