Twist Exercise

Place the long BlackBar on the outside of the foot board and a short BlackBar on the inside of the heel board.
Stand in a slight walking position with weight on the leg you are training with. Move the knee forward into a slight bend and back again. Make sure that the forefoot is in contact with the BlackBoard throughout the entire exercise.
