BlackBoard – Foot Mobility
The front part of the foot can be compared to a steering wheel – it determines the direction you’re heading. Discover more about your foot mobility so you can keep a firm grip on the wheel, now and in the future.
Mobility test
Move the foot from inward (eversion) to outward (inversion). Make sure the heel stays in a neutral, upright position and your knee remains aligned straight forward throughout the exercise.
