The BlackBoard Rigid Foot Workshop consists of 23 lessons, divided into the following chapters:

  • Introduction and analysis
  • Mobilization Exercises (High Arch)
  • Strength exercises
  • Stability exercises

In this interactive course, you will first learn how to assess your foot type on your own. Following that, you will acquire targeted exercises to mobilize your feet in specific areas, thus reviving them. To sustain the newly achieved flexibility long-term, the chapters are followed by strength and stability exercises. Here, you will learn the most effective exercises in detail using the BlackBoard.

Restore the mobility your feet need, enhance performance, and reduce the risk of injury.
