Meta – Activate the Inner Foot Arch

Trigger the inner side of the foot

Place the Meta Trigger on the floor lengthwise along the foot as shown in the video, and position your heel about 5 cm behind it. Lower the medial part of your foot onto the Meta and gently move your knee forward toward your toes. You should feel a pleasant, mobilizing sensation under the sole. To reach deeper muscles, you can increase the pressure slightly so the intensity under the arch becomes stronger.
