This exercise strengthens the flexor muscles of the big toe.
Use the green ToeBand in a tibia wrap and attach the other end to the big toe. Fasten the anchor and begin pulling the toe actively toward the shin, then pressing it down to the floor. Try to keep the other four toes relaxed on the ground throughout the exercise.
