This exercise strengthens and activates the flexor muscles of the little toe.
Use the pink ToeBand in a shin wrap and guide the band from there to the tip of the little toe. Secure the tension with the anchor band. Now actively pull the little toe toward the shin and then back down to the floor. Try to keep the other toes as relaxed as possible during the movement.
