This exercise strengthens the little toe flexors and the abductor muscles.
Apply the pink ToeBand using a cross binding. Start at the heel and guide the band to the tip of the little toe. Fasten the anchor band and begin with active toe extension. Then actively abduct the toe and lower it to the ground in a controlled manner. Keep the toe as extended as possible and avoid curling it.
