This exercise mobilizes the big toe base joints and strengthens the entire foot and calf muscles.
Place the green ToeBand around both big toes as shown in the video. Choose a stance wide enough that the band pulls the big toes slightly toward the center. Keep the toes as relaxed as possible. With a firm stance on the forefoot, lift your heels and keep the foot alignment as straight as possible.
