ToeBands – The Functional Foot (Activation)

Strengthening the small and big toe flexors

Place the pink ToeBand around the little toe and the green one around the big toe using a cross binding. Start at the heel, guide the band to the tip of the little or big toe, and fasten the anchor band on both sides. Now begin the activation. Actively extend your toes and spread them as wide as possible. In this position, press the forefoot and toes actively toward the ground. Keep the toes as extended as possible and avoid curling them.
