Meta – Trigger the transverse arch
With this exercise, you mobilize and trigger the transverse arch of the foot.
Trigger the transverse arch
Place the Meta Trigger on the floor crosswise under your foot as shown in the video, and position your heel about 5 cm behind it. Lower your foot onto the Meta and gently move your knee forward toward your toes. You should feel a pleasant, mobilizing sensation under the sole of your foot. To reach deeper muscles, you can slightly increase the pressure so the intensity under the arch becomes stronger.
