BlackBoard – Foot Mobility (UnTwist Exercise)
This exercise both mobilizes and relaxes your feet — because only a mobile foot is a healthy foot. A foot that can actively lower and reactively lift again creates the foundation to keep your joints, muscles, and ligaments resilient and injury-free in the long term.
UnTwist Exercise
Place the long MobilizationBar on the inner side under the FootBoard and the short MobilizationBar on the outer side of the heel under the HeelBoard. IMPORTANT: The weight should be evenly distributed 50:50 between the foot and heel.
Now move your knee straight forward from a neutral position, with the kneecap pointing toward the big toe. As you move, your weight shifts slightly more toward the forefoot. The heel should maintain contact with the HeelBoard throughout the entire exercise.
