Meta – Mobilize the outer side of the foot
With this exercise, you mobilize the outer side of the foot, specifically the abductor of the little toe. For better stance and foot placement. Very helpful during recovery after a supination trauma.
Trigger and mobilize the outer edge of the foot
Place the Meta and step onto its highest point with the outer side of your foot. Keep your heel on the ground throughout the exercise. Now start bending your knee slightly, creating light pressure under the outer edge of your foot. Repeat the movement until it feels easier and your foot moves more freely.
