You will learn all relevant information about the evolutionary development and the resulting three-dimensional biomechanics of the foot. Building on this knowledge, you will be taught the full potential of the BlackBoard. In the practical part, progressively structured training and indication-specific therapy steps are explained in detail, so that in the end you have both the theoretical and practical tools to help your clients and patients in the best possible way.

– Functional 3D Anatomy and Biomechanics of the Foot/Ankle
– Introduction to the MAP System (Mobilization – Activation – Performance)
– Theoretical review of typical foot deformities such as flat feet, high arch, and splay foot.

– Introduction to the structure of the BlackBoard including the BlackBoard Matrix and learning the basic exercises based on the methodical part.
– Building on this, progressive exercises for all basic exercises will be presented, explained in detail, and practically demonstrated
